Teplitzky Management Group has created a Justified Athletic Trust (JAT), a legal document, to provide student-athletes the opportunity to seek endorsement and financial compensation without committing any NCAA violations. All earned revenue and compensation is directed into the JAT, which will then be invested. The student-athlete receives the distribution of the JAT funds in three different ways.
